you need to take the stress and worry of accounting, especially VAT and bank reconciliation's, is there at your
fingertips. The first time I opened the software, whilst it looked a little intimidating for a total novice of
Excel and spreadsheets, it was a dream to use. If any arithmetical errors are entered into the system, they are
immediately flagged, thereby saving me valuable time. If I were recommending this to anyone I would simply say;
"Where would we be if washing machines or dishwashers had never been invented, well here's another one to put on the list".

- "I have found MJ Books to be practical and easy to use. For example the double entry system has a formula in the
middle column that signals if both sides are not balanced. This simple device makes it hard to make an arithmetic
mistake. The other real benefit has been the VAT calculation. You enter your data as you go along and when the letter
arrives from Customs and Excise you simply click on the VAT tab and your calculations have been done for you.
