Why outsource your payroll?

Increased legislation
The burdens on small and medium size employers have increased over the years, and compliance with the numerous PAYE regulations adds to these. Increasingly penalties are imposed on employers who are not geared up to deal with changing legislation, and filing deadlines.

Employers may save time by computerising the payroll function, but this still means that within the organisation someone must be familiar not only with the inevitable changes to legislation, but also with the operation of the payroll program.

The Inland Revenue is introducing compulsory electronic communication for End of Year returns through their Internet Service. The compulsory deadlines will take effect from 2004. Small employer incentive payments will be made year-on-year if end of Year returns are filed electronically by 19th May 2005. A cost effective service
Your staff time is limited to providing details of changes and reviewing printouts. We are willing to quote a fixed price for a twelve month period based on the initial number of employees and the payroll frequency. There are no extra charges for setting up new employees, updating rates of pay, or for printing monthly and year-end reports.

You will save by not having to purchase expensive software updates every time the legislation changes.

You will therefore know in advance what your payroll costs will be for the year.

Ease of use
We accept payroll information typed or handwritten, by e-mail, fax, phone or post. Input forms can be provided for you to advise us of changes.

Completed payroll data can be sent by fax ,post, courier, or email. Detailed monthly printouts are provided, and full end of year returns such as P35 and P60 are completed for you.

Our service is confidential, security payslips are available if preferred.

Printouts are provided to clients so they may organise payments to employees, or we can arrange payment of salaries and PAYE by BACS direct from your business bank account to your employees' bank or building society account.
